What is the maximum capacity for the yacht?
13 Passengers – Florida State Law
What if I have more than 13 guests?
If you have more than 13 in your party, you will have to rent a second yacht to tie up next to each other. Please note there may be an additional fee, and possibly two meeting locations.
Are shoes allowed on the boat?
In all of our vessels you will be required to remove your shoes upon embarkation.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring any additional food, drinks and beverages. The only thing that is strictly prohibited is hookah.
What are the rules for Jet Skis?
Jet Skis available until 8pm daily. Jet skis will be delivered to vessel approximately 1 hour after departure. Jet Ski operator will provide life jackets and instructions on how to operate jet ski. For additional time on jet skis, contact Sales Team.
**For Everyone they need a jet ski license to drive a jet ski in Florida, if they were born after January 1, 1988. According to the law: You are required to have boater safety education in Florida if you were born on or after January 1, 1988 and you intend to operate a motorized boat with 10 hp or more in the State of Florida.**

Are there any additional fees?
Charter prices include all fees, taxes, and gratuities.
- +3% processing fee if paying by invoice. No fee if paying via Zelle.
- Jet Ski Deposit: $100 Per Jet Ski, (Cashapp/Zelle) Returned once rental is completed.
- Public Parking: $2 – $6 Per Hour, Valet ($20+$40+) Depending on Location
What do we need to bring?
Primary Charter Guest will be required to sign charter agreement with captain before departure.
Boss Luxury Charters provides:
- Water
- Mixers
- Cups
- Plates
- Utensils
- Ice
- Sodas
- Juices
Towels are provided by yachts. Contact sales team for special requests.
What can we do, and where can we go?
Designated Captain of charter will ask guests their preference of location to sail to.
Bluetooth Connections/Speakers available on all yachts to enjoy your favorite tunes onboard.
Smoking is prohibited inside all vessels. Smoking allowed only outside.
Releasing of balloons is strictly prohibited.
Hookah is strictly prohibited on all of our vessels.
Are children allowed on the boat?
Yes, children are allowed, however they will count as a guest. Please note if you have minors aboard, we require a waiver signature of the guest signing the contract. This waiver prohibits any guests providing alcohol to a minor.
